The multiple folding arms wrap around carton packer
Octopus M1 is designed to serve the food , dairy , bottling and cosmetics industries for packing loose packs of products in wholesale carton packages.
The wrap around carton packer is intermediate motion operated.
The wrapping cycle is based on 5 stations, 4 of which are for the wrapping process and the fifth one is for extra service / special applications during the packing process.
The folding arms are individually operated for each wing of the carton
which is sealed with hot melted glue .

The multiple folding arms packer is one of the stages in the packing line, supplied by ROBOTIC-APPS, as a turnkey system starting from the filling machine, conveying to packing, special applications and storage.
